Looking for a running club for the kids? VCTC will once again begin holding kids running club practices for an hour on Saturday afternoon. This is a low key practice for all kids ages 5-13 years old. We start with easy warm exercises like jumping jacks and high knees and then spend about a half hour playing socially distant running games and basic running drills. We finish with a cool down and stretching.
