Kid’s Club

Looking for a running club for the kids? VCTC holds kids running club practices for an hour on Saturday afternoon. It is a low key practice for all levels. We start with easy warm exercises like jumping jacks and high knees and then spend about a half hour playing running games like tag, sharks and minnows, and kick ball. We finish with a few running drills and stretching.
